Our Purpose

Out of school provision is expected to meet increasing pressure from Ofsted and parents, often without fitting neatly into existing legislation, frameworks or inspection models and without the recognition the sector deserves.

The Out of School Club Hub has been created to change that. It’s a central Hub designed to support out of school providers through standards, training and community, so inclusive, high-quality provision is achievable, sustainable, and recognised.

ClubHub Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM)

At the heart of the Hub is the ClubHub Inclusion Quality Mark (IQM), a meaningful, sector-specific award that evidences the strength and quality of inclusion within your provision. It has been designed to reflect the real work that providers do every day, including supporting children with SEND and those who may be disadvantaged.

The Quality Mark focuses on what truly matters in wraparound settings:

Inclusion and belonging
Safety and Safeguarding
Staff practice and culture
Environments and experiences that work for all children

This means you can confidently explain your provision, demonstrate the strength of your practice to schools and families, and you are clear about what high-quality inclusive provision looks like in your setting.

How the Process Works

It is not about ticking boxes. It is about recognising strong practice, supporting improvement, and celebrating the work providers are already doing.
